What we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, date of birth, household size, income range, and information about your current health coverage, doctors, or medications — when you request a quote, fill out a form, or speak with an agent.

How we use it

We use your information to (a) prepare insurance quotes and plan recommendations, (b) submit applications to carriers on your behalf when you ask us to, (c) contact you about plan options, enrollment periods, and follow-ups, (d) comply with applicable insurance, CMS, and tax regulations.

SMS / text messages

If you opt in to SMS communications, we will send plan information, appointment reminders, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

What we don't do

We do not sell, trade, or give away your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only with the insurance carriers you have asked us to quote, and with service providers (email, SMS, CRM) bound to protect it.

How long we keep it

Applicable CMS rules require us to retain records of Medicare plan discussions for up to 10 years. ACA records are retained per IRS and HHS requirements. You may request deletion of data we are not legally required to retain at any time.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, require strong authentication for internal access, and log all access to sensitive records.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, or revoke any communication consent by emailing privacy@seinsurance.com.
